First National Benefits ripoff please help me put an end to this company and bring legal action against them Beverly Hills California, Miami FLorida

Hello. I was recently contacted by this company if your reading this its because they have taken your money aswell so I'll not go into details of the business dealings. I was upset when I called them on the 8th day and tried to cancel and get my money back. It is not their policy to refund money or cancel the membership. After speaking with several reps. I asked for a supervisor was told she was not there at the moment.I have worked for a few legit telemarketing companies and know that is incorrect. My first thought was scam.

So I decided to do some research on the company. The company originated out of Charlotte NC, and now have businesses in Miami and Beverly Hills. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in both states and filed complaints. The bbb of Miami is the one where most complaints have been filed and when they send them to the co. get a address unkown. So after finding this out I Called the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, State Police in both states including mine. I also contacted the FBI but they do not handle cases with loss of money under $25,000.

I am asking for help to stop this company from doing business again. Getting my money back will be nice but I dont won't anyone else to have to fight to get it back. Please correspond with me so I can keep you upto date on how this goes and if you would like to join me in my plight call the same agencies. Ill start a petition to show the law offices how many people have been harmed by this company. Good luck to you all.
