I recieved a (what i thought was) just another credit card offer in the mail and when i opened it i found that it was a real card with my name and a valid number already on it. I tried to call the only number on the approval letter and quickly realized that it was only a automated system that would not let me decline this offer. I also realized that i was goingt to be charged a activation fee for a card i did not want nor authorize!
I am going crazy now trying to get in contact with this co. and demand that they take my name off their list and de- activate this card immediately only to find that there is no way to reach anyone (real person) to speak to.

search under CCS, I am certain you will find the information you need on how to deal with this "credit card". The company owner name and prior lawsuits (yes that is plural for the lawsuit) information is there. Read it through. Good luck.
