I received a call today from a male Nigerian by the name of Ramus ID# 0041. Ramus claimed that I had been qualified, by the government, to receive $12,500 as a grant. He stated that this was a grant and required no repayment. He informed he that the government "gives away" a one time payment to each qualified individual a grant of $12,500 as a lifetime grant.
At the end of his spill he stated he needed my bank account information for verification. He said that they would be debiting $29.95 from my account for the information he would be sending me to claim my grant. I informed him that I would not be giving him anything!
This is once again another scam that needs to be shut down!
