First National Merchantcard , CCA Scam Las Vegas Nevada

I recieved a card in the mail and when I activated it I was told that the annual fee would be debited from my account on December 1 2007 instead it was debited September 21, 2007. The letter states that if I don't want the card I would have to notify them in writing before November 28, 2007. I was also told that I would recieve catalogs during my free trial period, which by instead I recieved another card.

When I called to ask when I would recieve my catalogs I was told that I would get them 10 days after the annual fee was processed. Needless to say ten days has past my account has been debited and I still haven't recieved the catalogs. I tried to find a website for the company but there is no such thing.
