I was going to apply for one of the credit cards. On 06/15/09 I started to fill out my application and go through the process and half way through, I decided not to go through with the application. Now, on my bank statement I have a fee of $99.95 on 06/19/09 that I feel I should not be charged. Even though I was going to initially and willingly give the company my information, I backed out of the web page with decision of NOT going through with the application, and yet, I'm still charged almost $100 and have no credit card in hand. I am going to be filing a claim with my bank this afternoon.

This morning I did call 732-729-3518 to talk to someone in hopes that they could help me. A young lady answered the phone and when I tried explaining everything to her, she told me well, obviously you don't understand. That's when I got frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor. She sighed and then replied Whatever. After being on hold for quite some time, I was apparently transferred to extension 2410 where I was to leave a voice mail. I have asked for a phone call to be returned to me.

Upon further research and after jumping through hoops to find ANY information on this company, I found a complaints page where it seemed others were telling my exact same story. I really hope these guys aren't just out to fraudulently take people's money, especially with the way the economy is today. It's hard enough out here without companies like this to make matters worse for us.
