First Premier Bank GOLD ripoff signed up and the credit limit was 300 fraudlent billling half was charges, plus online paymnent they charge 7.00 surcharn which I never will get caught up. SIOUX FALLS, South Dakoda

First Premier bank has ah excellent gimmick going for them. I have never seen such surcharges added to the account which benefits them. All other cards I have ever had never stuck it to the consumer as this one.
