Do Not USE First Premier Realty Investments & Loan!

They are collecting upfront fees without actually doing what they say they do. They are a 2 person shop that runs out of a residential condo in Miami, FL.

Furthermore, they tried to take upfront fees from my clients that are trying to get a loan on their owner occuiped single family residence in California.

These advanced fees are a strict violation of real estate and lending laws.

Let me break this operation down for you. Please please take the time to read this, do not submit any loans to First Premier Realty, and if you did and

your clients got burned then please file a complaint with the State of Florida at the link at the bottom of this message.

These slick guys provide brokers with very protective non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreements, and agreements that the client's sign that holds the

broker harmless of the upfront fees are not returned and the deal is turned down. So you feel like they are doing this all the time. David is impossible

to get ahold of and doesn't respond to email after you get your deals signed up.

I did not find First Premier Realty Investments & Loan, Inc. as a licensed corporation in the state of Florida. Furthermore, I didn't find David Erante

being licensed for anything other than a cosmetologist SERIOUSLY!:

I scanned the property records via my title search tools and David and his father own two condos #113 and #114, but both of them have owned each others condo

back and forth since they bought them.
