Received a call from a real estate agent 'Robert Dallas' from First Property Funding with an offer for my timeshare. Similar to prior reports claimed that he had potential buyers ' Larry & Michelle McDaniels'. Was willing to pay top $ for the timeshare. Unclear how he got my phone number and details.
Provided offer letter / contract and looked for payment of a title insurance deposit of 50% of the seller's down payment. Providing a Wells Fargo bank account number for wire transfer. Researching this item. I noticed that neither the concept of this deposit is valid nor did the company addresses and contact details trace back to actual office locations (rented office space or n/a) and it also fully mirrors other scams (see reference above).
