LAST YEAR I BOUGHT 10 RETRACTABLE STUN BATONS FROM THIS GUYS, I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD, CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED AND PRODUCTS NEVER CAME, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED, AFTER SENDING MULTIPLE (MORE THAN 20) EMAILS A GUY ANSWERED, HE SAID HIS NAME WAS DAVID BERGER (dberger02@yahoo.com) AND HE WAS THE NEW OWNER OF WWW.FIRSTRATESECURITY.COM AND THAT HE DIDN 'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY ORDER BECAUSE HE WAS NEW, I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE STUN BATONS I ORDERED, THEN HE SAID THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK OF THOSE PRODUCTS, SO I TOLD HIM TO MAKE A REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE AMMOUNT I ALREADY PAID, HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO IT BUT HE NEVER DID, THEN HE SAID HE COULD SEND ME ANY OTHER PRODUCT FOR THE SAME AMOUNT I HAD PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD, SO I TOLD HIM TO SEND ME A TASER C2, HE SAID OK, WELL I 'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A YEAR NOW AND NOTHING, THEY DO NOT ANSWER MY CALLS, I SENT E-MAILS TO INFO@FIRSTRATESECURITY.COM AND NEVER GET AN ANSWER THEN THIS GUY, DAVID BERGER, SENT ME ANOTHER EMAIL TELLING ME TO STOP SENDING HIM E-MAILS. SO DAVID, IF U SEE THIS I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I 'M STILL WAITING FOR A SOLUTION, I WANT EITHER MY MONEY BACK OR THE PRODUCTS I ALREADY PAID FOR. I KNOW YOU 'LL NOT ANSWER BUT AT LEAST, PLEASE, STOP STEALING MONEY FROM OTHER BUYERS!

I purchased this company on 12/30/09 and we are loacted now in Florida. Mr Luciano placed an order with the previous owner (Mr Douglas OConnor from NY) on 5/25/08. Mr Luciano is well aware of Mr OConnor address and contact info.
The Asset purchase contract of the company clearly states that all orders received prior to 12/30/09 are the responsibility of Mr OConnor who accepted Mr. Luciano's's order on 5/25/08.
Since mid Jan., 09 Mr Parodi has been communicating to me via email asking for his money back or products. I initially tried to help him, replied to him, explained the situation, and advised him to contact Mr OConnor. Let me state clearly: his communication about refunds and C2 tasers was NOT with me. Probably with Mr. OConnor, although I was not party to any of these discussions and this is just an assumption on my part. I challenge Mr Liciano to produce emails with me about a Taser C2 or any of the specifics he mentioned below. He continued to send many emails to me and to ignore the facts I mentioned above. Then he started to threaten me that he will defame my company.
The Florida Department of State corporation records, as well as the purchase contract we have will clearly prove what is stated above. Check www.sunbiz.org and find the date of 12/26/08 as the generation date for First Rate Security under my name in the dba category.
No good deed shall go unpunished!!
