First Revenue Assurance rip-off! RUDE, harass, belittled, put down, cussed at. Denver Colorado

I'm being called everyday by a different person from First revenue Assurance. I have asked them to send me the validation information according to the FDCPA so that I may review it. Every one of there reps. told me they have sent it to me. But every one gave me a different date that it was sent.

To date I have not yet recieved this info. They yelled at me, they cussed at me, told me I was afraid of them, told me I wasn't too bright. They tell me I am not aloud to tape the calls. They also tell me I am giving them stall tactics. Today they told my husband they would have their Attorney call me.

If they turely sent me the info they claim they sent,I would have recieved it by now. Every call they make to me, I ask them to give me my address to make sure they have it correct.Which they do. So why is it that I recieved nothing?
