First Revenue Assurance ripoff this is a collection agency that has collected money and did not report case resolved and now they are trying to get me to pay them money I do not owe Denver Colorado

FRA is a highly reputable collection agency that deals with many different companies in the U.S. they do not choose the actions that are taken against the consumers, those actions are chosen by the contracting agency (cell phone company, etc). If the contracting party chooses to have legal action taken, we have no choice but to do that and they are the ones that set the intrest on the accounts.

No one reads the fine print of contracts, believe me! But after going through this little ordeal, you will. Pay the amount owed, know that you should have read the contract and move on.
