A fax was received at my wife's workplace on 11/26/2014 advertising discounted vacation packages. She called the number provided 844-244-8133 and spoke to Kevin at x528. He proceeded to sell a trip to Hawaii for $295 x2 less a 25% discount ($442.50) if signed up within the hour for 2 round trip tickets to Hawaii and a 7 day stay. After that transaction we were forwarded to another shell company and requested a $69 x2 booking fee ($138.00) . After filling out that paperwork, we were assessed another $50 fee for booking and advised that we would have to pay any taxes and additional fees that would be tabulated. We got the email on 01/15/15 advising we had to pay another $1083 x2 in fees, making the trip approximately regular price as if we had booked it ourselves with a reputable company. Then after filing a BBB complaint we also contacted the company and paid them another $25 for a new booking arrangement that they claimed would be closer to the original offer, on 01/30/15 to further demonstrate that we followed all of their directions, knowning this was an obvious scam. The original $442.50 seems to lost altogther because Fun Time claims thats First Select Travel is a separate company and all they did was give us access to Fun Time. Fun Time then claims they are separate from The Travel Center that is at the same UPS mailbox store and box number in Clarksburg. We paid $442.50 to the first company, then $138.00 to the second, then $50 and $25 to the third. We have emailed them on several occasions requesting our second itinerary that we paid the additional $25.00 fee and have not heard back from them since 1/30/15 even though their email claims we'd hear back 5 to 10 business days after receiving our check.

We have contacted the Illinois Attorney General who then forwarded it to the Maryland AG who advised they would suggest we take the partial refund of the $138 but that they can not locate First Select Travel, who took the lion's share of the money.  As others have stated on this site, it would be interesting to have an attoreny look at the cases as a possible class action. I beleive a judge would rule that the papers signed that Fun TIme is trying to hang their hat on was fradulant.
