I have just had a request from the Guardia di Finanza asking for any more specifics on this web of lies we are uncovering within FSG Things are about to get very interesting for  -  Phil,  Mauro Rossi and their silent side-kick Virginia Red.

I have been examining just how complex the flows of “capital” are, and the frightening legacy crimes of which those behind the flows they have been accused (and often sentenced).  If you are interested in a sample of one of hundreds of these schemes, look no further than first senior.

You will see “Silly Phil” highlighting on his Radio Shows (really, true) his affection horses and handsome Alfio Marchini(professional equestrian).  You will then see how his family holding company swaps shares and cash with her mythological sounding RFSG vehicle (advising AIM-listed companies on corporate governance – more on this later), and to whom all this “advice” and cash ultimately leads.

This will eventually be a failure. We shall see.

In the "employee's" FSFG rebuttal "An Open Invitation," it  states that the former advisors were "Independent Contractors" and then tries to slam RIPOFF Report for allowing "Former Employees" to air their complaints.  Were they employees or independent contractors?  That employee (who does not identify themself) for FSFG also makes unsubstantiated allegations of misconduct against the former advisors in stating, " it was these “advisors” that took advantage of the retiree by maximizing their own interests and attempting to line their own pockets at the expense of the consumers."  Where are these supposed examples of misconduct?  These former employees or independent contractors (whatever they are) could have grounds to sue FSFG and it's employee for libel if they identified the employee.   It would appear to the casual observer that FSFG is not being represented in a positive manner by the employee who also stated, "First Senior Financial Group’s corporate mission is facilitated through transparency."  I would be hesitant to do business with a company such as FSFG that would allow it's employee to represent it on this website and outright lie.  RIPOFF Report allows the "little guy" to air out complaints against the corporate bigwigs so that inquiring and intelligent people know exactly what kind of company they are dealing with.
