This is the most pathetic company in Las Vegas and maybe on earth. Not only do they not manage properties properly, if you call their office they will place you on hold for hours at a time, no one ever returns calls, they are unable to handle even the simplest of tasks. they fine everyone for no reason and dont listen to anybody.

steven parker is the worst, he is the ceo of this mickey mouse company. he also does not know how to return phone calls, emails or anything else. he does not care about the people and because that is his management style noone else in the company cares about the renters in any of his communities.

they have been reported to the real estate division many times and they should be sued out of existence.

if you are reading this and you have had a problem please post it on this site. within about 3 months maybe there will be enough posts here that future hoa's will not hire this company to do any management for them and they will be out of business like they should be.

this company is a disgrace and doesnt care about us renters at all.

it will be interesting to see how many people post on this disgusting company.

I have personal knowledge of this company.  They trashed my good name because I wanted them gone. They really are as rotten as everyone states they are.  You have got to laugh out loud at their responses.  Who?  Me?  My company did this? That's a load of BS and I hope all of you can see that.  They run over communities, their cams have lied to me, they hide finances from the residents (I know because it happened to me) they have "second" board meetings almost every month when everyone is at work so they can pass suffocating rules and regulations.  They mail ballots late (according to the USPS). There just isn't anything good about this company.

This should be very simple. As stated in the first post, does Steven Parker run this pathetic company? if he does, then how could i have your company confused with another one?


in addition to being a terrible management company it appears that you folks dont even know how to read.


If Steven Parker does run your company then i guess there is no confusion right? You should spend more time taking care of people then you wouldnt upset people to the point that you have upset so many of us

I am getting an impression that you may have us confused with FirstService Residential Realty (now Rockbridge Group) that is a property management company. We, FirstService Residential, are a community association management company and do not lease units. We work with the Board of Directors in managing their associations. I just want to make sure that you are reaching out to the appropriate company, and if so, that your concerns are heard and addressed.

This company is so bad at what they do, they have a full time person who's sole job is to respond to complaints that appear on the internet.

Take a look at all of the reviews on yelp and see how many of them are postitive. This is absolutely the wrost firm i have ever seen when it comes to taking care of tenants.

They may say that they can solve problems without ever transferring a call but it is all nonsense. This is just a reprehsible firm. They cost me a lot of time and money that i will not recover.

Trust me, you should never rent a house condo or apartment if this is the firm that manages them. Ask first before you sign a rental agreement.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our company and would like to learn more about your experience. Our customer care center is top notch in the industry and is available to answer calls 24/7 and is usually able to resolve the call without having to transfer to another party, so I am surprised to hear of you being placed on hold for an excessive amount of time. Customer service and satisfaction is priority for us, so we do not take these concerns lightly.

You stated that “they fine everyone for no reason and don’t listen to anybody”. Please note that the management company is not allowed to "fine" a homeowner without the direction from the board of directors. Each association has a set of governing documents in which we are hired to enforce. Part of this enforcement is through a violation process. This violation process is handled in accordance with the association's adopted penalty policy and/or board of director's request. A homeowner will receive notices with time to correct and called to a hearing for a violation of the governing documents before a fine is charged. At this hearing, the board of directors will vote whether to fine the homeowner or not. This is not the decision of the management company.

I'd really like to look into your concerns to make sure that they are being addressed appropriately and make sure that corrective measures are taken, if necessary. If you could please contact me via email or phone (((Redacted Phone number))) with more information, I'd greatly appreciate it!
