First Step Rentals Defrauded me out of $200 for rental listings once I paid the money they never returned my phone calls to set up an interview w/any owners! Santa Ana California

 I contacted First Step Rentals to help me look for a new home to rent since I didn't have time to look. I went to their place of business in Santa Ana asked a lot of questions that were answered. I gave them my credit card to deduct their $200 fee. I wss given a printed listing of homes I was told to drive by to see and if I liked what I saw then I needed to contact them to set up an appmt w/the owner or property manager. I liked most of the homes but once I contacted First Step Rentals for an interview I was repeatedly placed on hold or my calls were not returned. I was promised a refund but never received it, during that time, I was under a lot of stress and going through a rough patch but regret never taking them to court!!!
