FIRST UNIVERSAL LENDING LLC No Response since I cancelled and asking for REFUND PALM BEACH GARDENS Florida

A telephone call made to us by First Universal Lending. Mr. Danny Cretelius was the sale person or whatever his category was, soliciting my business to do a Loan Modification with our mortgage company. After several questions and explanations I agreed, I was told a fee of $399.95 will be charged to me monthly as the are doing work for my loan modification. They e-mailed me papers to sign, and to fax it to their office, which I did not do.

I was able to make arrangements with my mortgage company with repayment plan, then on 5/19/2009 I fax them a letter to cancell and refund my money that they took from my account on 4/3/09 of $399.95 and on 5/4/09. I also tried to call them but unable to talk to a person, they only instruct me to leave a voice message I faxed letters x 3 for my refund request and as of this time I am still waiting for any respond from this company. Their Acnowledgement letter states. that can cancel this without any penalty within 3 business days and after the 3 business days period may still cancel at any time and that a refund will be received within 10 days of cancellation for any unearned fees paid.

No work has been done for me because the papers they need to make negotiations with my mortgage company was never been send to them, so it is just right that they return my money. Now nobody seems to want to talk to me from this company. This company is not abiding their own rules , I hope somebody put a stop to companies like this.
