Consumers beware of this company. I should have done my homework because they have a D rating with the BBB. Well I am another victim they can add to their business. FIRST ACH Offers a multitude of check cashing programs for small businesses. I qualified for their beginers package of $9.99 a month. With a promo sign up for additional $12.65. But after explaining to them what I wanted they said I would have to purchase the next package up, so I did. Keep in mind this is the same day they charged. Instead of pro rating it they charged my account another $19.99 for full service price. So i tried out their service and tried to process one check to try it out. This process takes about 3 days. Well they held it for 3 days and said it was not made out right. I said that is the way the customer  made it out and told them I would not be able to use their service and to close my account. They never put the funds from that check in my account and kept the money. Now in my book that is check cashing fraud. I also filed a complaint with the BBB of Maryland. I will probably never see any of my money but at least I can stop them from taking another legit business owner. STAY FAR AWAY FROM FIRST ACH.

Dear MRDetailing,

Were sorry you were unhappy with our services, especially since it seems we have an unfortunate misunderstanding. In our industry, there are rules and regulations created by higher authorities that must be adhered to, with violations leading to fines or the termination of service altogether.

We must follow the regulations, sometimes to the dismay of customers who arent aware of them, which is why we asked you to make some changes to meet these requirements. It may be beneficial to your business or easier to be noncompliant, but if what youre doing breaks the rules we have to follow, then they are not an option.

Since this comment was written in haste, it should be mentioned that you were not overcharged, you were indeed paid, and nothing unreasonable was requested. You are always welcome to speak to our Customer Support department for clarification or additional information.
