Fiserv Health UMR Will not hold up to they're benifits. Wausau Wisconsin

Have been a consumer of Fiserv Health now known as UMR health insurance since April of '08. It is my husband's health insurance through his company. We pay around 40.00 a week, which is not to bad, BUT the insurance is covering nothing, and now I have medical bills adding up and bill collectors calling me saying that the insurance company has not responded to they're being billed. My husband is being covered but my son and I are not according to who is doing the billing. I have spoke with several reps from the company all stating that they have not recieved anything from the biller. I have even spoke with my husbands HR person whom called her contact at the company and confirmed with her contact that indeed we are on the health plan. My son had to have surgery in June of '08 and at the time we had state insurance as well as primary through Fiserv. Fiserv got billed ONLY 1.92!!! The state insurance got billed 3,000 and something. I am in disbelief how bad this company is, we pay out and pay out and get no satisfaction in return, its hardly worth it and the only reason I keep it is because the institution I go for health care can at least bill me later as I cannot pay upfront costs to be seen. We do not have a good RX plan as well, my son needs flouride as we do not have it in our water, which the doctor said was needed for health teeth, and they do not even cover something he needs! What a sham that company is.
