Fish Property Management Brigandi Kissinger LLC Outrageous move-out fees, threatening, and ignoring all forms of communication Lock Haven PA

I was a tenant at Fish PM for a year. They were perfectly find and happy as I paid my rent on time and caused no issues. Upon leaving, I cleaned my apartment as instructed and left the keys. 31 days later I received a letter from Fish PM stating they would keep my $700 security deposit AND were billing me for an additional $154. They claimed charges for maintenance, cleaning, and carpet shampooing cost over $850. The bottom of the letter stated I had 10 days to pay them or they would have a debt collector get the money and reduce my credit score significantly.

I attempted to contact Fish through phone then via email. I requested receipts for the three separate charges totaling to $850+. Six days later they sent me invoices they created themselves, instead of actual receipts from whoever performed the services. These invoices simply stated when the services were completed and how much they cost. I again emailed back asking for REAL receipts with replacement costs, damages, hourly wages, time spent completing services, etc. They ignored this. I resent two emails, called several times, sent more emails, and finally was given one real receipt. However, this only covered maintenance worth $290. They had no other receipts for the other $564 they spent. They also sent me another letter threatening to call debt collectors while ignoring my emails and calls for two weeks. I paid the extra money out of fear of my credit score being reduced.

After paying what I "owed" and never receiving actual receipts for over half of what I paid for, I wrote honest reviews for this company. I wrote on social medial and different reviewing websites. Upon seeing this, Fish PM finally emailed me and said my "tirade has been noted". I continued writing more reviews on websites as Fish would usually delete them if they had the power to do so. The company then emailed me again, threatening to sue me for libel. Everything I have written and said about them has been true, yet they continue to threaten. 

I was overcharged outrageous fees for moving out of my apartment, I was ignored, I was threatened to pay, I was ignored, I paid, and I was threatened again. There has been NO friendly interaction with this company as they continue to believe they have done nothing wrong, as they continue threatening me.
