This "academy" is a complete RIPOFF from beginning to end!

They will try to sell you a "lifetime membership" with unlimited everything for your whole family for a couple thousand bucks. You should know that normal martial arts instruction classes cost about $150 a month for one person, two classes a week. Do you think that a couple thousand dollars for the lifetime of three-four people family, to take as many classes as they want forever (if you don't bite right away they will also throw in a freebie - unlimited cardio kickboxing classes for everyone too) sounds a little bit too good to be true? You are right!

To begin with, if you sign up for this, it is going to be the crappiest, most ignorant and arrogant set of instructors you will ever see in your life. The best guy who teaches there (and about the only decent one) is a 15 year old kid, who is also a black belt student, and the owners just exploit him to avoid having to pay for professional instructors.

The two "masters" of the academy is a very mentally disturbed couple. You'll see different moods depending on whether or not they forgot to take their medication in the morning. But, regardless of the mood, ignorance and arrogance will always be present.

The male "master" will hit on your wife, and then pretend AND TELL EVERYONE that she was stalking him and seeking his attention.

The female will accuse your five year old kid of "sexual harassment" (I am not kidding!) because he asks for help to tie his belt on the uniform. They will make your kid cry after every class. And you'll be lucky if your kid will be the only one crying.

And if nothing else works to drive you out of there ... they'll just serve you a letter, accusing you of "improper behavior", and terminate your "lifetime membership". This doesn't happen often, because most people refuse to put up with the treatment they receive there and just quit after a few months.
