We placed an ad on craigslist for a room for rent
and we recieved the following email.

alright anthony there is no problem in filling the form ok i will do just that, just want to be assured if u agree to my payment ok.... well the the cost for the rent is quite accepted for $1250,I will like to sign for a year agreement for the period of her stay when she finally arrive there or possibly send me an agreement form if available. Her Academics begins on the 26th of NOV and I want her to move in possibly before Nov 9th to get used to her new environment, settle down for her to face her studies squarely after payment has been made as i will be responsible for all of her expenses which includes, securing a room for her,purchasing her airticket to the united states and every other sundry expenses.

I would issue you an overdraft personal Money Order of a total of $4000 as i am on a bussiness trip out of the U.K which would be paid to you in cash instantly in your bank In which you'll deduct your $1250 for the room and send the remainder to janet's Uncle(A very good friend) Who is on hand for her flight and ticket reservations via western unioun money transfer, Pls, Let me know if you agree with my payment form as it's official.

ANYWAYS, WE WERE NOT WILLING TO SEND BACK ANY MONEY UNTIL THE CHECK CLEARED. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE CHECK DID NOT CLEAR.

NEVER WAS THERE ANY MORE EMAILS FROM THIS PERSON, BUT WE NOW GET DIFFERENT PERSONS, WILL BASICALLY THE SAME STORY ABOUT SENT MONEY BACK TO SOMEONE OUT OF THE COUNTRY.
