I ordered a "free" trial of Trimslim, a diet pill product that I was only suppose to pay shipping and handeling on. After I tried the product, it did nothing so I called and cancelled the product. I received one full shipment of the product and called them again and cancelled.

Today, I looked at my online banking activity and noticed a charge for $19.95 from a company called WWWSELFHELPFFCOM (exactly how it was listed on my statement). The also listed a phone number 1-800-957-6988 which I imediately called.

I spoke to a customer service person named "Justin", I could barely understand what he was saying. I told him there was an unknown charge on my account and wanted to know what it was for. He asked me if I purchased a product. I said that is why I am calling because I do not know what the charge is for. He asked me a few questions and then asked me if I purchased "Trimslim". I said yes, over a month ago but I cancelled it.

"Justin" told me I had also subscribed to their program. I told him that I cancelled with Trimslim. He kept saying the same thing over again and said that they are a seperate company. I asked him how they got my information then? He would not tell me but kept saying the same thing over (written script?).

I demanded he cancell any service with them imediately. He read the "script" again. I asked to speak with his supervisor, he asked me why? I told him I was not getting any information from him. He hung up on me.

I contacted my bank, cancelled my current debit card, blocked them from being able to withdraw any funds, and filed a claim against them through my bank. My advice is to let your bank do your fighting for you. They have more resources to do this and that is part of your benefits of having a bank or credit card company.

Never purchase anything on the internet unless you are absolutely certain they are a reputable establishment and will not sell your information to a scamming company like "Fit Factory". The fine print does not always have everything listed either. I never received ANY services from the "Fit Factory". Regardless of what they say, it is dirty and underhanded, they know it, and are in a lot of trouble.
