Fitness One John Wheeler Class Action Suit against Fitness One and John Wheeler, Internet

 Fitness One at Danforth location in Toronto CLOSED 1.5 years ago.  Although they are closed, they continue to take money from my bank account.  Does anybody know how to stop the automatic withdrawals without closing my bank account?

 

If you google Fitness One gym reviews, you'll get a sense of how this gym operates. This gym is full of frauds especially it's CEO John Wheeler! They have been evicted in many of their locations including Malvern, Concord (Head Office), Dufferin. What's alarming is that they continue to bill clients although they have been evicted. There is no such thing as head office because the numbers are out of service and clients are not sure as to where to go. The only gym open is the Victoria Park and Ellesmere site and many have gone in to cancel their memberships. Staff at these locations have indicated that the so called head office has now relocated to the VP site but you would never find a single soul there that represents head office there. People have tried to contact John Wheeler even the law firms that represent the sites that have been evicted, and no luck! Long story short, many women have been scammed, continued to be billed, many employees have yet to be paid and this is a scam!
