Fitness Quest Gazelle Free Style ripoff fraudulent, advertisment charging illegally to account without item in position Canton Ohio

Fitness quest,Gazelle, We had purchase the Gazelle elite excerciser,for thirty days, 14.95=99.95 was only to be charge to my account,after the 30 days, but they charge my account in three days,there was a dispute, I told gazelle we would return the merchadise,becuse there was damged defective pieces to it.

UPS was called out pick up the merchandise, and to return it to fitness Quest, now the box was 75lbs, but somehow it got lost,gazelle start charging my account,for next three months 99.00 inspite, they new the tracking number and the item was being returned,I file a lost claim with UPS for the money the gazelle company had charged my account, which was payed to me.

But now I had a problem by working with my credit card company they was able to stop the last payment,the company kept charging me, While UPS got the item back and claim it because it lost paid claim.It's now there merchandise.

Now Fitness Quest wants there last payment, they have destroyed my credit rating they illegally went in my account and pulled money out,now they refused to collect there money from UPS. but they want me to pay 99.95 for item that I don't have.

This company has being deceitful and dishonest from the beginning. WhatI would like for them to do is returned all my money, and get there merchadise from UPS.and UPS need to swallow the lost claim and take as for my pain and suffering.returned Gazelle merchandise, and my money.Just reminder never trust the free 30 days it's all a fraud.
