Fitness World Inc Charged my credit card and didnt deliver the equipment Denton Texas

DO NOT do business with this company.  I bought several pieces of cardio equipment for 2 fitness centers I own and operate and am now having trouble getting my money back.   I sent in a return credit card form as instructed 7 days ago.  Still NO money!   Only one piece was delivered and it was a week late.  The others have not been delivered and it's been 5 weeks past the original due date of December 28, 2017.    Joe the owner gave me excuse after excuse from cold weather to his whole staff being out sick to ice on the roads.  The LAST straw was last week when he gave me a solid delivery date of Wednesday Jan 24th  not only was he a no show he was also no call, no text no nothing.   I had a friend call so he would answer the phone coming from another number he would not know he told her the truck left at 2.30pm.   He also was not on the truck and the truck never made it to my gym.   For the mess he has caused he promised me a $500 gift card  when I was telling him to refund my money 2 weeks ago.   The guy is a straight up shady lair.  Now I'm back to looking for gear for my members and of course this is the busiest time in the fitness business.   There are a lot of better HONEST used fitness  equipment options out there.
