Parts return is overly costly even when the incorrect part is directly attributed to the company. I was asked if I "looked at the picture to identify the part". The picture is conveniently located above the statement " Images may not be identical to the part". Part cost $21.00, shipping was $16.00, return shipping was $9.oo, I received $16.00 back (and I did not open the part, as that would have also entailed a testing charge). So, I am out $21.00 for nothing. Nice way to do business for their own mistake. Avoid at all costs and deal with the manufacturer, can't be any worse.
