In January our family signed two agreements with Fitzgerald Builders of Plano Texas for new Windows and Doors. We also game them $10,000 in down payment. We were so excited to complete this renovation work as it completed our last of many renovations to our home in 2007.
Actually we made our decision after getting 3 different quotations from all reputiable companys......We believed Fitzgerald Builders and Nick Fitzgerald were a reputiable firm. The name and information were given to us by Contractors.com. who also did there investigation on this company.
Well we got ripped off..actually we like to call it STEALING. Fitzgerald Builders of Plano Texas and Nick Fitzgerald STOLE our money and are laughing all the way to the Bank. They actually deposited the $10,000 into their account The Builders at the Washington Mutual Bank of Plano Texas. They are also being dragged into this.
How can a Family Company of over 20 years of service go so BAD so Quickly.
Well they and many customers are experiencing the same thing.
Fitzgerald Builders and Nick Fitzgerald of Plano Texas need to be stopped and charged for THEFT over $10,000. It's a Felony we think and if someone does not stop this firm and person they will continue to prey on Dallas People.

It's not every day you find a Vendor get it Right but Nick Fitzgerald got it Right. He cleared up what we saw as a huge problem and has FIXED The Challange.
Rip OFF Report doesn't remove reports but does allow people like us to tell everyone that the problem was addressed and things are back to where they need to be. NICK FITZGERALD has addressed things with us and were are back on track.

As a follow-up with this firm we have entered into an understanding and things look good.
Remember in life you some times need a break.
After dealing with Nick Fitzgerald it seem needs a break to sort things out. We (Southlake gets Ripped Off) are going to give him that break he needs.
SO Things are Sorted out. Wish Nick Well on getting back to where he wants to be.
