DO NOT DO BUSINESS. Run as fast as you can for your financial life when these band of bandits come calling. Our equipment lease began in October 2008 (36 months) on time payments end of lease thought $1 Buyout rather bait switch routine to rent. Never received notice of buyout, spoke with Sandra Otero, hard nose collection manager, she simply said needed to notify us by certified mail for buyout option, legally youre stuck with rent renewal ($23,395.40) for 12 months. Asked to speak to CEO answer was CEO does not speak with customers. Then we were subjected to threats (credit reports) and verbal abuse (stiff). This gang gets my vote for worst customer relationship company in the last 100 years whose mantra must be customers are for fleecing. We offered quick generous settlement ($787.20 much more than $1 buyout), which they refused and filed a lawsuit for $23,395.40.

During initial lease signing, we noticed last minute documentation charge of $550 and no sales signing bonus of $500. When asked, answer was, we will accommodate you on your next lease guaranteed. Also, documentation package contained very small print and blurred in many areas. Should have been red flag to stop deal, but, we had committed to vendor on hardware and software and did not want to reneg on their deal.

Found your site too late and could not believe the number of complaints with similar experience of their deceptive business practices. This gang needs to be stopped, before, more innocent parties are injured. They are a definite candidate for class action lawsuit more than enough similar complaints of deceptive business practices that clearly can only have been developed and encouraged by their top management.
