Five Star Auto Services - Castro Azzam Ripoff Dishonest Business Practices, Charges for work not performed, Doesn't pay vendors Englewood Colorado

After several years of dealing with this company and it's owner, Castro Azzam, I happened by his place of business to find his shop empty. Neighbors at his business place didn't know where he had gone.

I was able to locate him through a friend, and found he had moved to another location. After he had rebuilt an engine on one of my vehicles, a job which was supposed to take 2 or 3 weeks, ending up taking several months.

After that job was completed, I never used him again. The vehicle would not pass emmisions; strange for a rebuilt engine. After 10's of thousands of dollars of services at his place of business, I could not believe he had failed to perform this repair correctly.

After having another reputable mechanic check the vehicle, several repairs were noted for improper parts, shoddy mechanical or electrical work, or repairs never performed. It took another several thousand dollars to get my vehicle to pass emissions.

After speaking with several of his vendors, I found the reason he moved was due to failure to pay his vendors, other repair/parts shops, and financially mismanagement of his business.

The above business may now be out of business, but future consumers should be aware never to use Castro Azzam's services again. Several of his vendors are still trying to collect money from him. Anyone knowing his whereabouts are asked to contact me, so information can be obtained.
