Five Star Modular Designs Five Star Mobile Homes Paid less for Mobile home than agreed to pay, then continually changes price for same unit when tried to buy back at 3 times the amount Stuart Florida

Bought a "wind zone 3" mobile home in Boca Raton Florida and city denied me the ability to place on my lot even though their website showed my lot as zoned for mobile homes specifically.  After my city denied me the ability to place said mobile home I offered Chester at Five Star the home not only a massive discount I that had recieved but I took an additional $1000 dollars off because he claimed he wanted to be friends and we spent some time together over the course of a week or so when I bought it. 

Shortly after selling him the mobile home I was called by the city and told that I can place the mobile home on the lot and immediately contacted Chester to ask if I could buy it back. He lied about the money he had invested in the home and asked for over 3 times what I had paid.  I paid $9000 for the home and sold to him for $12000 but again took $1000 off the bill so he really paid me only $11,000. 

When asked if I could buy it back he stated he wanted $28000 and it was in worse shape then when I bought it because he left it open and uncovered.  I denied this amount and after a few months called back and now he wanted $38,000 claiming thats what he had into it and that he was sorry he bought it.  I told him he kept changing the price every time we talked and he said "screw you, Im not even selling it to you" and hung up on me. 

I am a good person and was astounded to be treated in such a way ...totallly floored so I looked him up online to see that many people, not just me where abused and set up and scammed by this horrific person.  May he rot in hell for all his evil to people and as we all know, REAL Americans help each other and behave truthfully. 

Is this report a bit of an overkill??? maybe...but I think not, I have never written one before but because of how friendly he acted and how sociopathic the man delt with me then told me to buzz off after with no altercation other than I said he keeps chaning the price, I felt I had to make the world aware not only because my inicident, but also because of the other seniors in our community that he has taken advantage of. Im sure he will change the company name and if he does I will follow with an updated review to keep up with this "special" fellow.
