I have been an expert with this company for the past 6 months. Recently they changed system and they not paying me for un-rated live chats. I mailed the community manager Alex several times but not got response. According to the Payment program un-rated are assumed solved and the expert is credited with 6$. But some of my sessions are 1 month old and they dont want give a d**n.

Sorry guys! Forgive me for doubting you Alex and co. They payments did not appear in my fixya account but i got paid for everything. Thanks for the payment. Back to fixing stuff!

Refunded sessions

The unrated chat sessions have all most likely been refunded, fixya has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and if the customers are not satisfyed they may file in for a refund. IF a customer is not satisfyed enough to write in a review, most likely they will or have request a refund. 90% of the time.

contact premium.support@fixya.com with the usernames of the chat sessions to request the status.. Il bet you most of them likely refunded, if not refunded they will send the customers requests to rate your chat sessions so you can be credited.

Mr.Alex experts in your own organisation are so unhappy about the new system. The payment does credited for live-sessions but not for un-rated sessions. And yes i have fulfilled all the conditions and in fact i have already got two payments. What i am talking about is according to payment FAQ the un-rated live chats should be assumed as TFT after 7 days and the expert should be credited with 6$ for each. However my live sessions some of them over 1 month old have not been assumed and hence the amount is not credited. I have lots more piling up. Many experts have lost hope. Look at this discussion that proves my point..

We are sorry that your experience with FixYa was not a pleasant one. According to FixYa Expert Agreement, Expert's account are credited upon the earlier of (i) a confirmation by the user that the problem has been solved; or (ii) 7 days after Experts provide their answer to the user. We evaluate Expert's account on the first business day of each month with respect to the earnings of the preceding month. In the event that they have more than $50 of earned income in their account, FixYa will transfer their earnings within 30 days thereof to their account. FixYa reserves the right to remove pending earnings in an Expert's account in the event such Expert did not execute a registration form for a payment program and/or is not active for a period of more than 90 days.

I can assure you that we always meet our obligation to pay our experts, according to the rules summarized above. These rules are described in our Expert Agreement, which you agreed to before becoming an expert on Fixya.com. Unrated chat sessions are paid too. Are you sure you've met the above rules? If so, write a detailed description of your problem to experts@fixya.com, and make sure to include your FixYa nickname. We will diligently take care of the issue and get back to you with an answer.
