They say you only pay if satisfied, but they charge your credit card regardless. They basically seem to google the problem and insert the web site address that are most likely to solve the problem -- the same websites you'll find if you google the problem yourself! After a few messages, I switched experts and got someone who barely spoke English and wrote illegible sentences. I tried to switch again, and got no answer for 5 days. Each new expert starts from scratch and does not seem to review the history with the previous tech. After I week, I've given up. This service is a rip off. I expressed disatisfication, indicated that the problem was not resolved, and I was still charged. There is no obvious way on the website to protest the charge, so I had to go through my credit card company to do so.
