I received an email from fixya over a month back to be and expert on their website; provide solutions to their customers and they would pay me accordingly. I have adhered to the schedules, providing technical support to their customers; I used their chat utility to receive chat invitations and remained online 5+ hours; 5 days a week.

Inbetween, I requested them repeatedly to tell me how am I doing or if Im matching all the parameters and they responded by saying that they don't have any reporting system. Now, when the payback time came, they refused to pay me, telling me that I haven't met any of their criteria. I have again requested them for a report, however, there has been no response thereafter.

I have spend my time for fixya. I have worked extra hours to make sure I'm meeting all the parameters. They have taken advantage of the fact that we are in two different countries and there is nothing much I can do except reporting this matter here.

We are sorry that your experience with FixYa was not a pleasant one. According to FixYa Expert Agreement, Expert's account are credited upon the earlier of (i) a confirmation by the user that the problem has been solved; or (ii) 7 days after Experts provide their answer to the user. We evaluate Expert's account on the first business day of each month with respect to the earnings of the preceding month. In the event that they have more than $50 of earned income in their account, FixYa will transfer their earnings within 30 days thereof to their account. FixYa reserves the right to remove pending earnings in an Expert's account in the event such Expert did not execute a registration form for a payment program and/or is not active for a period of more than 90 days.

We have over 50 experts with the name Sandeep, so it's hard to respond to your particular case. I can assure you that we always meet our obligation to pay our experts, according to the rules summarized above. These rules are described in our Expert Agreement, which you agreed to before becoming an expert on Fixya.com.
