Ordered a sales education book and CD's from this outfit that included a "instant download" in addition to the physical products that were to be delivered. After several hours of waiting for the download link, I sent an email to customer support, nothing, I sent another email via the help desk, nothing, I called a listed phone # only to be told by a recording that my support inquiries wouldn't be answered.

Sent another email and another support ticket, nothing. Call another number to a related business run by this guy and left a message (real surprise, no human to talk to). This guy said in a past rebuttal that shipments are made next business day, guess what it took 4 days and he double shipped and double charged. Now it's my turn. Can you say CHARGE BACK?
