Flagship Financial Group Delays promises failed sold Lehi Utah

This company is beyond horrible to work with. First, after accepting the stated percentage rate and agreeing to refinance with them it took 3 months to get to the paperwork. When I questioned them about the time frame they simply told me the mortgage market was overloaded right now and it would take some time to get the paperwork through. When I spoke with the reps they said there would be a 2 month lapse in mortgage payments while everything was processed. The closing paperwork showed a first payment due the month following the closing (closed April 2nd payment due May 1st). When I asked about it (over the phone of course) they said there would be a transition time while they get a lender to take the loan and not to worry about it. A lender funded the loan in early May and I started my payment to them on 1 June. The middle of June my loan was passed off to another lender so now my payments have to be made to them. Now they're saying I'm a month behind because I failed to make the May 1st payment! So now I'm expected to come up with an extra month payment. I will never work with this company again and I will put my experience out at every review site I can find!
