Beaware of this company Flamingo Pools and Patios Inc. located in Stuart Florida. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS
In my opinion they do shoddy work and only care about getting their money.
They are not giving me any support with the NEW pool they built. Which I believe puts them in breach of their own contract.
Paid for dedicated breaker for spa and they never put it in.
Aslo this may put them in breach of their own contract as well as possible fraud.
I have numerous issues with the pool and they do not want to take responsibility for it.
They gave me a new pool that leaks and they never bothered to test to see if there was a leak.
I had to do my own testing.
They refuse to do their own water leak test and put it in writing in order to say that there is no issues..
Probably becuase they knew the pool had issues when they built it.
This contractor does not check each phase of the work that is
being done therefore there are numours issues when they completed the pool.
They are now trying to hide behind their attorney in order to NOT resolve the issues.
They have ignored the BBB complaint that was filed against them, I wonder why?
Recently they were in trouble with the City of port saint lucie for not resolving the issues with lights in the pool which they were told about numerous times.
I have had to go through there attorney in order to get things done many times in the past.
they broke my well pipe and refuse to fix it.
Deco Drain was cut short now water drops at my foundation.
Cracked tile
Gutter down spout - his people removed it to work then did not put in safe place and drove over it.
They took 7 months to build a pool that normally takes 3 months.
They communicate nothing to this client and just show up when they want.
In my opinion they are they WORST pool company you could ever invest your money with.
They are totally deceptive with the way they run their business.
I have seen other complaints that say similar so this is not an isolated insident.
If they want to resolve they have my number.
