They lie on all their advertising, will not finish your pool on time... guaranteed! Will lie on the status of your construction process. DO NOT trust them with you money.

They "loan" you money to help finish your pool, the thing is... it's done ILLEGALLY! They actually don't have a cent to loan you, but they are charging you money and interest on money that doesn't exist. I'm pretty sure that's not fair to you as a customer... but trust me, they will deduct your monthly payment out of your account ON TIME. They do have that down to a science.

I blindly worked for the company for over seven years, good thing I grew up (started working when I was 16/17) and saw things clearly and ran! I am STILL in lawsuit with the owner because he has NOT paid my commissions for the last four years I worked there. He uses his employees and manipulates them to gain business from them. He takes advantage that some of his hired workers DON'T have legal visas to work and UNDER pays them, some making $3/ hour at times. Is that some sort of modern day slavery?

Wolf in sheep's skin, thieves, liars and the owner = corrupt human being. RUN from these people.

As always, we welcome all feedback and would like to proceed in addressing any and all complaints, grievances and dissatisfaction to the best of our ability.

In regards to the complainant's post, Flamingo Pools laments any displeasure from a former valued employee and will responds to all accusations and allegations with the utmost consideration.

The complainant claims false advertising in regards to delays in construction and dishonesty about the process. While each case is distinct, naturally, more often than not issues with payment stall most projects.

The complainant claims inauthenticity on behalf of Flamingo Pools in regards to in-house financing. Flamingo Pools is licensed to conduct in-house financing and meets every standard to do so. In-house financing is a unique aspect of our company and one which we offer to the benefit of many customers who've seen their dream of having a pool realized and expedited through this feature. We can confidently counter that our financing department is above board in it's dealings or would have ceased to exist, naturally.

The complainant claims underpayment and exploitation of workers. We protest against these slanderous remarks and can only appeal to the logic that no one in this day and age would consent to working for 3.00 an hour. Naturally we have our Accounts Payable department to provide further evidence against this false accusation. In regards to the complainant's own compensation complaints and evident discord with the aforementioned owner and the complainant's former fiancée, Flamingo Pools acknowledges the complainant's discontentment but can only dispute that our records indicate the complainant was always well compensated during her time with our company.

We are always grateful for the opportunity to respond to feedback and will always do so.
