flashedphones.net Never Finished Providing Service That I Paid For naples, Florida

It should be noted that I have give the people at flashedphones.net multiple opportunities to finish flashing my phones.  I've emailed over and over again.  They simply do not communicate well and apparently don't care about their customers.  

In my opinion, this is a business that's in over their heads.  They are taking on way to many clients with just a couple of people trying to do all the work.  It's a recipe for complaints like mine.

I paid to have 2 of my phones flashed onto a prepaid carrier.  I sent the phones to their shop located in Naples, FL.  Their website claims it only takes a couple of days to flash a phone and you should have the phone back a couple of days after it's completed.  It took them almost two week to get my phones back to me.  After I got my phones I noticed the data speed was really slow.  I was told they could remote flash it to make it work as promised.  It's been 1 MONTH of emailing on my part and my phones are not finished.  I'm am so disappointed that I spent my money on this service.  

What surprises me is the total lack of communication with this company.  I'm really surprised they're still in business.  I sent 7 emails over the course of two week and finally got a response stating how sorry they were and how they would flash my phone remotely that day.  Well, that was over 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing from them.

I hate to have to post this kind of complaint, especially after I gave them every opportunity to work with me and fix the problem.  

Bottom line: They didn't finish the work, they have my money, and I wouldn't trust them.  BUYER BEWARE.
