flaskshopus.com Wrong order. Damaged product. Missing Pieces. Asked for more money. Sichuan ChengDuShi

I ordered two Hydroflasks from this company whose website appeared to be a HydroFlask- American website.  The branding was correct and the "about" section was well-written English.  I tried to make sure it wasn't a Chinese site because I prefer shopping within the US and I wanted my product quickly.  As soon as I paypal'd my $75.95, the site shut down and didn't give me a confirmation email or number.  I quickly emailed the customer service email and was pleased when I got a confirmation email back within 10 minutes.  A week later, I check on the shipping because I hadn't received notice of movement and I get a shipping number...from China.  Two weeks later my shipment arrives in a rickety carboard box, wrapped in a black trash bag and covered in clear packing tape.  I open the package to find the 64 oz Hydoflask in the wrong color (not a big deal), with 5 or 6 dents in it (big deal), and it looks to be repainted as I can see a faint logo to the left of the brightly painted logo.  I'm also missing the straw piece to the straw lid for the 40 oz flask.  My order is wrong, damaged and missing pieces. 

I email the company with pictures of the order and the issues.  They reply that the flask is still usable and offer to refund me $10 for the trouble.  I reply that I can't replace the damaged flask and the missing piece for $10 and insist that the order be made right.  They reply that I will have to send them $15 for shipping because they have "spent a lot" getting my order to me.  They still ignore the issue of the missing piece.  I reply that it is unacceptable to request I send them more money when I paid $75.95 that included the shipping cost on the first order that was wrong, damaged and missing pieces.    I haven't received a reply after that.  

I revisited the website to find their facebook page to leave a poor review to find that the facebook, pinterest and twitter icons did nothing and went nowhere.  Beware this company.  If they even have the correct products is up for debate and they are certain a chinese scammer located in the Chengdu shuangliu distrist of Sichuan, China.
