Flat Rate Movers LLC Atlanta RUDE, LYING, SCREAMING DISPATCHER AND WORKERS 10 DAYS LATE Atlanta, Georgia

First of all, they were 10 days later than estimated date to pick up house full of furniture for military family move - would not return phone calls, emails or texts to dispatcher number advertised on answering machine. Lazy, lying "helpers" told dispatch they disassembled furniture as it was part of the cost, which they most certainly did not. Husband and son disassembled all furniture, disconnected W & D and pulled it out and had it ready.  The driver, who barely spoke broken English, argued about everything, even after I told him that I had just found out my father died that morning!  Even with inventory list, did not want to put items on the truck, husband had to take apart patio table and chairs that were on the list so they would fit - while the driver just stood there.  And they charge for all of this "disassembly" in the quote.  Delivery supposed to be within 14 days, it has been 20...just got a call from screaming, rude dispatcher and helper that they would deliver today, but upon asking about the disassembly and assembly I was screamed at, called a liar and their only concern was the balance they are owed.  Balance should have been discounted for being late both directions, they didn't disassemble anything and after paying cash deposits, and having receipts, they are telling me a charge higher than quote - with DISASSEMBLY.. 

Basically, after living for 3 weeks with 3 small children, 2 that are disabled, without beds, furniture, toys, etc., I can pay them MORE money or they will continue to hold my stuff hostage.  Will be letting other military wives, and everyone I can, know what terrible service and crooked people they are at Flat Rate Movers LLC in Atlanta Georgia.  Hopefully, the MP's standing here with me while they unload our stuff will make these rude a*s workers unload and assemble my furniture as promised in the quote I was originally given.  Would not recommend these people.  Should have listened to other reviews on here.
