FlatRate Moving Does NOT deliver when promised New York New York

I wanted to go with with a big company with a good reputation. I paid more money then any other quote I was given in order to get a 5 day window that I thought would be honored by a professional company.

When I called on the 27th (first day promised for delivery) to get an idea when my stuff was coming the guy promised the truck was leaving the 28th and would be by me on the 30-31st (the last 2 days promised).

The next day I called to confirm and they said the truck wouldnt be leaving till the 29th but may still make it.

Then I got a call on the 29th telling me the truck wasnt leaving till the 30th and wouldnt be there till Sept 1-2 . Considering my delivery window was the 27-31st and I needed to be at work on the 2nd I was very unhappy.

The bigger more reputable companies shouldnt be able to pull this stuff when they charge so much more money.

At this point I dont expect my stuff anytime in the near future as every dat they push back the date - DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
