Flatiron/Centrix/Peak 5 Rude, Disrespectful, Dishonest Englewood Colorado

My wife and I purchesed our truck in 2004 from a small dealership in Arlington Texas. At the time we did not know what we were in store for. My wife would send off the payments of $400 (which is over my monthly payments) each month before the due date.

In 2007 I decided to get my wife a new car and when we went to a new dealership, they told us that Centrix (at that time) was going out of business. We were both shocked because we did not receive any notice of this. Not only that but my wife noticed by looking at the statements that the payment for the car was not decreasing. We had been paying so much money each month and still owed a lot of money. At that point we decided not to pay the note on the truck again.

Now a year later, we have noticed that our credit was going down because of this. My wife decided to call the company yesterday Feb. 20, 2008 to get our payment history sent to us. The supervisor of the department was so rude to her. He told her he will not send her any information just because he did not want to. Not because it was against their policy but just because he did not want to.

He also said that he does not want to work with someone who has not paid the bill in a year. He told her to look at our bank statments and do the math. She then asked him who does he know the money came from a bank then he switched it to look at the money order slips. He was very rude and not helpful at all. He told my wife to give them the truck back and she told him to do his job and come pick it up.

We are at our wits end with this truck. We do not mine giving the truck back all we want is for our credit to be fixed. It is not right for our credit to go down all because this bad company is crucket, rude, dishonest, a fraud, cheater and in debt. If anyone knows what to do or just what direction to go twards please some how let us know.
