FLATRATEMOVERS.COMFLATRATE MOVING & STORAGE rude, disrespectful, no response to email, bad business, thieves, warning, overcharge ROCKVILLE Maryland

Well these people have been storing my thing for months and when i tried to retrieve them thru they would not return my e-mails or phone calls, I had to call and yell at them to get my things..for 2 weeks I called and chased them to get my things. When i finally got them to agree to bring my things, I was quoted $129. I waited for 2 hours and they when I called the owner had the audacity to yell and start an arguement with me. Then when the driver got there he started yelling at me saying how it was'nt his fault and he got in my face yelling then he hit my hand. I called the police on him. I wanted my things so the owner said he was going to charge me $129 for the move. when Moshin or whatever his name is said that owed him money for travel time $129 and $85 for storage. A total of $340 to drop a 1 bedroom apt of things in a 10 mile radius. I threw the money on the ground. After a 3 hour nightmare and $340 i am just happy to finally have all my things back in my possession or at least I think I have all my things, I have'nt looked thru them yet. WARNING: DO NOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR THINGS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
