The company owner, Alejandro Molina, tried to rip me off in several occasions. I had to call him 3 times before he'd give me back the deposit on the first flat I had rented through his agency, then, when I rented a second flat (bad idea), I naively signed the contract, trusting him that he would add to it the things that we both agreed upon. He never did!
If you want to use his services, please make sure that everything is on the contract before you sign it. Do not trust this individual and his company.
El dueño de la agencia, Alejanegro Molina, intentò estafarme en más de una ocasión. Tuve que llamarlo 3 veces para que me devolviera la fianza en el primer piso que había alquilado con su agencia. Luego, cuando alquilé un segundo piso (mala idea), firmé ingenuamente el contrato porque confiaba en el. El me dijo que iba a añadir al piso las cosas que faltaban, pero nunca lo hizo.
Si usted quiere servirse de su agencia, por favor, asegurase de que todo esté en el contrato antes de firmar. No confíes en esta persona y en su agencia.

Hello, I don't know who are you but that's not true, please tell me exactly what do you needed in my flat and what about your deposit, if you are calling me I will give it you in the time that I have to, exactly like the contract says.
