All I wanted was for you to honor the warranty, like the website states.

It says I quote "all of our worked is backed by a 5 year warranty."

When I emailed you, You tried to say you never were in Denison before.

Here is your reply "are you sure it was us . i do not recall going to Dennison ever . i've only been to Sharman . please take a picture of your receipt and e-mail it to me .

 You can't remember coming to my house, and now you remember the conversation, really.

In you rebuttal you said" When I arrived I had to strip the tub from the epoxy that you had used When you try to refinish your own tub, You're again being cheap Thanking you could do it. Explaining that you were on a tight budget.."

This goes to you Mr. John bonham, You're dated receipt was from February 2 2011. We ran a craigslist list special.. Four 179 you would get a one-year warranty. It specifically said this. our 249 tubs come with a 5 year warranty. And since you live in Denison Texas, There was a $40 Trip fee. When I arrived I had to strip the tub from the epoxy that you had used When you try to refinish your own tub, You're again being cheap Thanking you could do it. Explaining that you were on a tight budget.
You contacted me one year and five months later. After I explained what you had purchased, You told me " "eat s**t little man I'm not paying anything". You forgot about that part in your rant in the above statements. I offered you a solution you denied it and cursed me. At that point all Professionalism when out the door. I am not going to talk to like that. Words of advice if you have a service personin your house you shouldn't curse them If you're trying to resolve the problem.
As for your other offer on this report Joey eckols. He is a contractor who serves Craig 's list for cheap labor. He tries to beat you up on your price and charges top residential prices in big houses. The tub I did for him look perfect. His plumber replace the hardware on the tub Scratching and chipping the surface. I too offered him I resolution $50 Service charge, To fix the damaged area his plumber tour up. After refusing to pay and demanding service for free. He posted negative ads on craigslist. Both of you customers need to start a new copper business of stretching Pennys. Nothing is free in the service industry Material and skilled labor does cost. I know that you two guys think you walk on water but in the end you will find out that you do not. I've resurfaced thousands of tubs in the last 20 years. There's always a couple of cheap asses like you to try to ruin my business. Go get a life and quit being so cheap you get what you pay for. And what's funny John is you never sent me the picture of the tub it's in question I have yet to see it.

That was a nice craigslist add you forgot to mention you spent 179 on the tub 40 for the trip charge . and 50 to strip it from the last guy that did it . if it only lasted six months why did you wait a year and six months to contact me . you better watch what you say . i too have a lawyer and customer service representatives would love to come and meet

I'm still trying to resolve the problem at hand but you're such a  dumb*ss . you have some real issues get back on your medication . best of luck .

So first I used flawless finish who advertises A+ rating with BBB which I soon found out means nothing as a complaint to them serves no purpose. Colin, (saveatub at yahoo.com) the tub guy, did a poor job, said he would come fix it and after promising a few arrival times, he never showed. I spoke to his wife on the phone who said they would come fix it for $50 service call - why would I pay to fix a sloppy job??? She proceeded to throw a few f-bombs out - CLASSY!

Sooo... I called the polite christian at 214-402-7335. He is very polite, he repaired the area that the tub guy didn't do properly but then other parts of the tub soon had flaws so I had this Christian come out and resurface the whole thing. It has since cracked and he will not return calls or texts so contrary to what his ad states, he WILL OPERATE
IN AN UNETHICAL MANNER.

I'll add more to this as it becomes known.
