Fleetwood RV Fleetwood RV Manufacturer New RV warranty items still wrong after 4 attempts Decatur Indiana

We purchased a brand new Fleetwood Discovery RV from Shipp's RV, 6728 Ringgold Road, East Ridge, TN 37412. In the first week of use, we discovered over 20 items were defective. We have now taken the RV to 4 different Approved Warranty Service Centers, in 2 different states, and still several of these items are wrong. Each Service Center claims they repaired it but still the items don't work. On the 3rd repair, we tried to hold the service center accountable, and they said Fleetwood won't approve enough time or money to fix it right. The time. money and energy we have spent to try to give Fleetwood the opportunity to rectify is in the thousands of dollars and weeks of lost work time. On the 4th attempt, we advised Fleetwood this would be the last, and that we would expect them to reimberse our fuel and rental car expenses. We took the coach to a 4th location, Lazydays RV Supercenter, 6130 Lazydays Blvd, Tampa, FL 33601. Despite having the coach for 3 weeks, most of the items are still broken:

1. Entire kitchen counter top keeps coming loose. The 3rd attempt technician said he believed it was because the slide out itself had problems causing this. The 4th attempt to repair it seams to be holding, but now the entire slideout won't close all the way!

2. The back up camera not working (safety hazard)

3. The right side mirror shakes badly, can't see oncoming traffic in it. (safety hazard)

4. Front hood shakes, making a loud constant rattling sound at highway speeds (safety hazard)

5. Batteries went bad within the 1 yr warranty period, and neither dealer nor mfg will replace, costing $986

6. TV has no remote, a small thing except that there are no manual buttons exposed on the TV (because of the built-in install) so it is unusable. Tried a universal remote but won't work. They won't replace.

7. coffee pot won't work and they won't replace

8. Slidout outdoor center wires too short, causing the center not to retract completely. This caused a dent in the basement door that covers it. Fleetwood would not replace the door. Instead they tried to spot paint the damage. The repair is a bugle of Bondo, an eyesore. To make maters worse, the Repair Center (Rivers Bus & RV Sales, 10626 General Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32220) turned off the gas and forgot to turn it back on ruining $200 worth of food. Worse yet, they refused to clean the rotting food, claiming they are responsible*. Now the Refrigerator has such a stench in the freezer it is unusable. They won't replace that either.

9. The refrigerator has stopped working 3 times. I am told it is a reset problem, but I have to take it in each time to reset, costing $200 round trip in fuel alone, plus lost work time. The reset process involves taking the back apart each time. Now the refrigerator is leaking water across the kitchen floor. Coach is 13 months old, and has spent at least 2 months of that in the shop.

12. Shower wall budging, repaired at least twice, Now the whole thing leaks.

13 TV antennae crank keeps breaking. These are known to be cheap, but apparently this is a bad install, jams trying to raise, and breaks the handle. The last handle broke on the 2nd after the most recent repair.

14 Window seal is broken, fogged up

15. curtain lifting system already worn out and breaking. I say already because this is our 3rd RV and we had the same system on the previous coach. It was over 8 years before the first of the curtain systems failed.

16 slideout scraping floor, damaging and marring the flooring material

17 Closet door keeps breaking

I am no longer talking to Fleetwood and am looking for an attorney in this field
