I purchased a lifetime oil change from Fletchers auto. When purchased I was told all fluids would be topped off if needed and tires rotated each time. I went into the Gilbert store today and received a hassle by the manager (BRANDON). When I arrived I asked if I could get an oil change, tire rotation, have my fluids topped off (I knew the washer fluid was low because my washer lamp was on) and my rear brakes checked. Brandon said he could do that and took my keys.
After about a half an hour they pulled my vehicle in. Brandon came out to the waiting room and asked if I had purchased my tires at Fletchers. I told him I had not and he then told me since I had not purchased them at Fletchers he would not rotate them. This upset me since I had entered into a contract in which I paid for a service that included tire rotation.
Brandon was comfortable arguing with me in front of all the customers there today. Finally he gave in and told me he would do it this time.... Why only this time when I paid for a rotation and was told I could get them rotated at each oil change and I had not had them rotated for at least the last two times.
I felt very uncomfortable and was clearly upset during the whole time the oil change was being done. Brandon came up to me when it was finished and said my vehicle was done and I could leave and sharply said "unless I wanted a receipt". Of course I wanted a receipt, why wouldn't I?
I left upset, my fluids were not topped off and brakes not checked. They wanted me out so fast I did not even get a reminder sticker for my windshield letting me know when my next oil change was due.
Why does Fletchers think it is ok to refuse me a service I paid for? The service I get from Fletchers Auto is not what I expected when I purchased my lifetime oil change.
Desired Outcome:
I am only asking that I get what I paid for. I would like a letter from the owner that I can show to any future employee's that try and refuse any services I have paid for. The letter should state that I get a synthetic blend oil and filter, all fluids topped off if low, and tires rotated each time I get an oil change. After all this is what I paid for and was told I would get.

for is it? Just the services you paid for.
Unfortunately when SCUM OPERATIONS like these get your money up front, getting service is like trying to get blood from a turnip.
If you paid by card and it's not too late, I would try and get a chargeback on the card. This isn't the kinda place you wanna be going back to.
