I ordered a Flexable hose in Feb 2013 and received a notice that the order did not go through a week or so later.  Called customer service and had a difficult time understanding the person w/a strong India accent.

Order had to be cancelled (the one they said didn't go through?).  Re-ordered the product.

Product arrived a week later. ... But it doesn't stop here!

Received a post-card stating my product would arrive shortly.  I already had my product!

Called customer service and had a difficult time with communications, but finally convinced the person that I didn't want the additional order.  They had already charged my credit card for a second order.  They said there was nothing they can do.  (This call too 30 minutes just to tell them they made a mistake and how they needed to fix it.

I received the additional order anyway.  I called customer service now a third time.  This call was the worst of all three calls.  The man clealy was unfamiliar with a telephone.  He kept hitting the phone keys and managed to disconnect the call.  On the next call-back, I got the same inept customer service rep.  He could not understand that I received a second order and was charged again.  All I wanted was the obvious "return authorization number" and a refund to my credit card.

That set of call took over 30 minutes.  I asked to speak to his supervisor, but he insisted on knowing why.  I told him what I fely ab out the quality of his communications and through some miracle I was placed on hold to wait for his supervisor.

The supervisor didn't come on the line after 5 minutes.  Once again, he asked "Why" do I want to speak to his supervisor.  I said that I wanted to help improve their customer services.  I have suggestions for them. (You can imagine what I have to say).

I was still unable to get his supervisor, so I told him to simply end the call and allow me to take the survey.

He hung up and the survey started.  It was all numbers and no ability to give direct statements. I gave them and him the poorest of numbers.
