Flextronics Of Louisville KYFlextronics Flextronics International, Aerotek Flextronics of Louisville, KY Treats their employees Like DIRT Louisville Kentucky

It has been known for some time that Flextronics in Louisville, Kentucky treats their Employees like dirt. I never really knew just how badly they were treated untill I got a job working there thru the onsite recruitment service of Aerotek. Flextronics has a very High turn over. and for over the past 5 years they have constantly had open house or what they call open interviews on Every Tuesday and Every Thursday. They cant keep their help because they treat them so badly. Like Slaves! People who do work there are forced to work 10 hour days 6 days a week Mandatory! The workig conditions are harsh.

One example an old man who is about 82 years old just came in from surgery one day like the day after surgery. he wasn't feeling well and one of the supervisors Robert Lechner wrote up the 82 year old for sitting down for two minutes. Come on give a guy a break especially if he is 82 years old! Robert himself is at least 60 and was being a total bully to this guy who is 82 years old.

I had a few run ins with Robert Lechner myself. The goal is to get so many sanyo phones out per day. well the station that they put me at for RF testing the phones, the computer would constantly go down so when the computer was down I was not able to perform my job as fast or as well as the others who did RF testing. I had to wait on the computer technician to come and fix the computer.

Well Mr Lechner would constantly be breathing down my neck saying hurry up hurry up keep it going. I finally got sick of it and said hey look. I dont need you breathing down the back of my neck constantly telling me to hurry up. I said Im going as fast as I can. your just trying to bully people here and dont think your going to try that on me. because its not going to work. He finally left me alone and let me do my job. I was about ready to whip some one. I was mad.


All they do there is nit and pick and nit and pick every little thing you do there. Most of the people who work there hate it. and most of the people who were there in March of 2008 are no longer at flextronics. They went and got jobs elsewhere due to poor treatment by management.

The management at flextronics in my opinion are nothing but slime balls. they dont care about their employees at all.


what really takes the cake was back on april 9th. my father who also works at flextronics had a heart attack. and was having a heart attack this started about 6 30 am.. at work. we had to be in by 5 am. well I was looking for a Plate for a different kind of phone to RF test on the Sanyo line and I went to find my father because he usually knows where all the tools and plates for the phones are. I found him and he asked me for the keys to my car, I said sure theyre in my locker why do ya want em? he said. he wasn't feeling well. I became concerned and said how so? you mean like a cold or flu? He said no. he wasnt sure what it was it felt weird and had pressure in his chest and in his left arm.. OK Bingo! Heart attack symptoms!

I got my keys out of my locker got my jacket on and said to him i said your going to a doctor and im not taking NO for an answer. He said ok. I told my supervisor I had to take my father to the hospital and that he was having all the symptoms of a heart attack. They said I couldnt do that or I would loose my job.

I said NO way! You mean to tell me if I take my father to the hospital Im going to be fired? they said Yes both of them. One of them was Robert Lechner. the other was a guy named Tony. I dont remember his last name.

I said so what do you people want me to do? let my dad die out in the parking lot?

they both repeated if you go it will be considered a walk off. I said you wait Karma will return to you what you have done to me 3 fold over. one of these days its going to be someone in your family having a heart attack and then you will see how i feel. I said to them my family is more important. but at least I know what kind of company they run here now dont I.

So I took my dad to the hospital got fired. but Im glad I took him .. I found out from the doctors he was having a major heart attack and had I not taken him to the hospital he wouldnt be here today. I dont mind being fired tho. I hated working at Flextronics. I hated working with that Rude arrogant Robert Lechner too. He was a Jerk!

but that should show what kind of company Flextronics is. they are Dirt bags to say the least!
