Flight Inspired took my money, offered no reimbursement, blocked me, then threatened to contact my local police and college to press charges after I brought up legal action Englewood Colorado

Normally, I really don't get worked up or upset at all. I'm making this post to make a point. I pre-ordered a hat from Flight Inspired , SEVEN, months ago with a design that I really love. Throughout the process I had to ask to figure out where my hat was.. two months ago they said it was still in pre-order. I sent an email a couple days ago and a representative tells me they're out of stock and they can offer me an exchange. I wouldn't of waited seven months. 

If I didn't email them, they would have never told me, and my hat would have never came as it seems, this looks like theft and very dishonest business ethic. I've supported them from practically day 1 and this is how they treat a loyal customer? 

I posted something on their wall last night outlining this problem and they hid or deleted the comment from their wall and didn't feel the need to reach out to me even so. 
It isn't even about the money or the hat at this point, it's purely the principle of it all.
They failed to notify me, essentially took my money, sent me a useless, unhelpful response, then delete/hide, and ignore my post when I post on their wall.

I made a second post on their wall outlining it again and confronting them about it, they deleted it again without contacting me. 

After I contacted them directly and mentioned legal action,they blocked me, and contacted me saying they would be contacting my local police and my school to gather information to press charges for "threats and accusations" and up until this point have still have not given me my product, or a refund as requested. 

Furthur action is currently being taken as this seems like bullying and theft at its purest.
